Story of Salasar Balaji Ji - There is a famous temple of Hanuman Ji in the Churu district of Rajasthan which is known as Salasar Balaji. Mohandas was a devotee of Balaji. Pleased with their devotion, Balaji promised them to appear in the form of an idol. To fulfill his promise, Balaji appeared in the village of Aasota in the Nagaur district in 1811. It also has an interesting story.

A Jat was plowing the field in Aasota when the tip of his plow hit some hard object. When he took it out and saw it was a stone. When the Jat wiped the stone clean with his towel, the image of Balaji started appearing on it. In this, Jat's wife brought food. He offered the first bhog of millet churma to the idol of Balaji. This is the reason why Balaji enjoys Churma.

This is the Samadhi Sthal of Mohan Ram ji. It is said that the day this idol appeared, Balaji asked the Thakur of Asota to take his idol to Salasar in a dream. On the other hand, Mohan told Ram in a dream that no one should drive the bullock cart from which the idol will reach Salasar when it reaches Salasar. Install my idol where the bullock cart itself stops. According to the instructions received in the dream, the idol has been established at its present place.

The only one in Salasar in the whole of India is the bearded mustache Hanuman i.e. Balaji. The belief behind this is that for the first time, Balaji appeared to Mohan Ram with a beard mustache. Mohan Ram had asked Balaji to appear in this form. That's why Hanuman Ji is situated here in a beard mustache.

A very interesting thing about Balaji is that the Muslims who built his temple were artisans. These include the names of Noor Mohammad and Dau.

Balaji's dhuni is also considered miraculous. It is said that Baba Mohandas Ji had lit this Dhuni 300 years ago, which is still lit unbroken today.

After many years of Balaji's arrival in Salasar, Mata Anjani arrived here. It is said that Mother Anjani came to Salasar at the request of Balaji. But he said that before that they will not be together, who will be worshiped before this can be a problem. Therefore the temple of Balaji's mother has situated some distance from the Balaji temple. In this temple, Balaji is sitting on the lap of Anjani Mata. The story of the arrival of this idol is also very interesting.

A story behind why Anjani Mata's temple was built, it is said that Brahmachari Hanuman Ji told his mother that he feels difficulty removing the worries of devotees who come with problems related to women and children's abnormal diseases. That's why you should reside here and remove these problems of the devotees.

Pleased with the penance of a person named Pandit Panna Lal, who was a devotee of Goddess Anjani, Goddess Anjani blessed her that she would reside at her place of penance. After this, Sikar King Kalyan Singh got the idol of Mother established here with the inspiration of his mother.
