Barfi:
Ingredients: Maida- 1cup, gram flour- 1/2 cup, ghee-100 gms, sugar -3 cups, cashewnut -100g, semolina - 1/2 cup.
Method: Put maida, gramflour , semolina in a pan and kneed well. Add ghee and fry it until the aroma of Mysore Pak and add cashew nuts. After that put sugar in another vessel and add a glass of water to it and heat it until the dough becomes soft. Then switch off the flame, mix the maida mixture and stir. After it hardness, out it on a great plate and let it cool down. Cut into desired shapes.
