Dhal Tadaka:
Ingredients: Yellow dal- 1/2 cup(soaked), water -2 cup, turmeric powder -1/4 tsp , red chilli powder -1/4tsp, garam masala -1/2tsp, green chilli chopped- 3nos, salt to taste.
Seasoning:Ghee-2tsp, onion chopped- 1/2 cup, coriander leaves- 2springs, kasturi methi- 1tsp, cumin 1/4 tsp , red chilli- 1/2 tsp
Method:Add soaked dal, water, salt, turmeric powder and cook for 20minutes.Prepare the seasoning with the seasoning ingredients. Pour the seasoning on the cooked dal.
Serve hot with chappathi or rice.
